As always, the grapes for this 2017 méthode traditionelle sparkling wine were hand-harvested, then whole-cluster pressed and tank fermented before undergoing tirage and bottle fermentation. 2017 was a vintage of density and power with the white wines in particular showing excellent concentration of acidity and power. This phenomenally elegant vintage leads with aromas of pear gallette, oyster shell and ginger powder. The palate is greeted with racy acidity and decadent texture with fine delicate bubbles and flavors of white nectarine and pastry crust.
