2008 Grandstone Chardonnay
With gravely soils and an 1,800 ft. southwest exposure, this vineyard (Block 67) is on the cusp of the fogline, which is always the coldest part, producing wines that have a firm and lengthy mouthfeel. This wine is rich and and concentrated. Notes of mangoes, white peaches, honeyed hazelnuts on the palate are followed by a long elegant finish.
