Please join us for Stonestreet Summit School - classes no wine lover can resist. Led by top industry professionals, these hour-long workshops on wine, viticulture and food promise to turn students into enological aces. All classes will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. at Stonestreet and sessions are limited to 25 students. February 7th: Interested in putting on your own wine and cheese event? We've invited Madame de Fromage, Colette Hatch, to lead us in an informative and delicious exercise of how to pair wine and cheese for any occasion.

March 7th: In this class we'll be joined by Mark Heinemann of Demptos Napa Cooperage to explore barrels and their influence on wine. Ever wonder what barrel aging adds? We will explore the ancient art of barrel making, and the aromas and flavors that barrel aging adds to wine.

April 11th: Sandy Henson, our Vineyard Technical Manager, will lead an exploration into the overall challenges of mountain farming and the unique challenges we are faced with on Alexander Mountain Estate. This class will also explore the foundation of our single vineyard program.
